This hole is open to many variations in the attack. You can go from ripping your driver up the left side to hitting a long iron up the left side, giving you the opportunity to hit to the 90º corner. If you get your driver far enough up the fairway on the left side you can take on the pines to try to knock it on the green, but the safe play is to bite a small portion off the corner and approach the small green with a wedge in hand.

The putting surface is slightly raised making chips from the side precarious, while long can be a tough up and down.
